I love this recipe.  A no bake protein bar which takes just minutes to make and is then frozen to quickly harden. I love eating this after my morning workout and makes a delicious healthy breakfast on the go or afternoon pick me up snack. If you are in need of a chocolate fix this is the ideal healthy treat for you.  I used a whey chocolate protein powder from The Protein Works. If you want to keep it paleo and / or vegan use a chocolate hemp protein powder. I typically add chocolate chips to the mixture but you can leave these out or you could try mixing in seeds or goji berries instead.  For a special treat try drizzling over some melted chocolate once you have cut them into bars. I often eat these straight out of the freezer for a healthy treat. You can also keep them in the fridge until needed.
