Pumpkin Almond Smoothie Bowl

What’s good about it?

Pumpkin is a great source of carotenoids which are vital for healthy vision and glowing skin. They are also a good source of soluble fibre which can help support digestive health and feed our beneficial gut flora.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and process until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls then scatter over toppings of choice.
