Using kefir is a great way to boost your body with plenty of beneficial bacteria to keep your gut happy. Using frozen fruit creates a thicker, creamier texture.

Pumpkin is a great source of carotenoids which are vital for healthy vision and glowing skin. They are also a good source of soluble fibre which can help support digestive health and feed our beneficial gut flora.
- Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and process until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into bowls then scatter over toppings of choice.
