What’s Good About It?

The combination of protein powder and Greek yogurt makes this a really filling breakfast option – perfect for reducing hunger pangs or cravings. Adding fruit and flaxseed also provides plenty of fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer

  1. Mix together the protein powder and yogurt. Layer the yogurt, berries and flaxseed in a glass and serve.
  2. You can prepare this the night before and keep in the fridge.
