What’s Good About It?

This is a fabulous morning breakfast on the go – the combination of protein, healthy fats and coffee is the perfect way to support mental performance and keep blood sugar levels stable through the morning. If you find caffeine too stimulating simply use decaf coffee, green tea or dandelion coffee.

 

 

 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Warm in a pan for a hot drink. Delicious hot or cold.

1tbsp raw cacao powder

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1tbsp almond nut butter

1tbsp xylitol, erythritol or stevia to taste

2 tsp lion’s mane mushroom powder or medicinal mushroom powder

150ml hot or cold brewed organic coffee, yerba mate or green tea

150ml almond milk

1tbsp coconut oil melted or MCT oil
