Creamy green and naturally sweet thanks to the addition of pineapple this is a fabulous way of turning a green smoothie into a child friendly treat.  I like to make up batches of lollies for the kids and they are a wonderful way to use up leftover smoothie mixture.  Coconut provides healthy fats and if you want a probiotic boost you could use coconut kefir, water kefir, milk kefir or kombucha.  You can make any flavoured lollies and a great way to make use of seasonal fruits too.

Did you Know?

Pineapple especially the core is rich in bromelain – a natural digestive enzyme known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Blend the core in smoothies and ice creams to optimise your intake of bromelain. You can use other fruits in these lollies and you can also sneak in powders and superfoods to boost nutrients further.
