What’s Good About It?

Herbs such as coriander and mint can be beneficial for reducing digestive symptoms. They are also packed with antioxidants that may reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.

 

 

  1. In a food processor combine the yogurt, parsley, herbs, chives, lemon juice, zest, olive oil, capers, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Store in a glass jar or container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

Did You Know?

You can also serve this as a dip with vegetable sticks if wished.
