I love this shake anytime of the day – its great as an energising drink to kick start your morning especially when time is short. The frozen banana provides a silky texture, and coconut water will quickly hydrate and refresh your body.  I often use a range of berries in this drink – frozen berries are perfect and add a lovely icy texture to the smoothie. The use of ProBerry Amla powder  provides a wealth of antioxidant rich berries to reduce muscle soreness post exercise

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ideally soak the goji berries in the coconut water for 10 minutes.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

150ml/5fl oz/scant 2/3 cup coconut water

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop PROBERRY AMLA powder 

1 tsp shelled hemp seeds

1 large handful of berries – fresh or frozen

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
