This is an amazing mug cake recipe with just a handful of ingredients. Simply blend everything together to form a thick batter then microwave for 1-2 minutes. Delicious served with coconut yogurt.

This is the ideal snack for when chocolate cravings strike. For an additional protein boost swap the cocoa powder for chocolate protein powder
Grease a microwave mug (or oven proof ramekin) with a little oil.
In a blender simply add all the ingredients, except for chocolate chips, to form a smooth batter – you may need a dash of almond milk. You can simply mash up the banana then blend everything by hand if you prefer.
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Spoon the mixture into the mug or ramekin. Cook in the microwave for around one minute. If you use the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes at 180C, gas mark 4.
- Serve with coconut yogurt
