This is a delicious rich chocolate dessert. Using the orange naturally sweetens this recipe without the need for syrups. Increase the protein by adding a spoonful of chocolate vegan protein powder as well as the cocoa powder. This is from my GO LEAN VEGAN recipe book.

What’s good about it?

Using orange in this recipe is a great way to add flavour and natural sweetness. Using the whole orange also provides plenty of fibre including pectin.

  1. Place the almond milk and chocolate in a pan. Heat very gently until the chocolate has melted.
  2. Place all the ingredients including the chocolate in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon into glasses and chill for 1 hour to firm up.
