Rich, creamy and so simple to make. This is an indulgent paleo dessert that is guaranteed to satisfy any chocolate cravings.  I love adding a spoonful of lucuma to this which has a delicious caramel sweet flavour. You could also sneak in a little maca powder to boost those adrenals too!

  1. Place the hazelnuts in a blender or food processor and grind until fine.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon into little glasses or ramekins and chill for 1 hour.

  • 125g roasted hazelnuts
  • 250ml full fat coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 2tsp Lucuma powder
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered xylitol (to taste)
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
