A delicious dairy free, creamy soup. Broccoli is the ultimate detox food being rich in antioxidants and Sulforaphane known to support detoxification pathways. Tahini provides a wealth of minerals including magnesium and calcium and plenty of healthy fats too.

What’s Good About It?
Broccoli is a great source of soluble fibre and antioxidants which together help to support beneficial bacteria in the gut. The fibre also helps to stabilise blood sugar levels and keep you feeling fuller for longer.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer gently for 10-12 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Puree the soup until smooth and creamy.
- Season to taste
- Mix together the ingredients for the topping. Spoon the soup into bowls then top with the tahini cream.
