It is not about making extreme changes or following the latest fad diet. By making small steps, changing habits gradually over time and developing a healthy mindset when it comes to food you will experience lasting changes to a healthier, happier life.
It can be easy to feel overwhelmed when it comes to your diet but the truth is there is no one diet that suits everyone. We are all unique. Rather than comparing your diet to someone else, focus on making choices that nourish your body and move yourself to improved wellness. Having a healthy nutrition mindset is important – it is not about excluding foods but including foods that nourish your body and mind.
