Deliciously creamy and refreshing I love this green smoothie. Ideal for a breakfast on the go or pre / post workout treat. The coconut water provides essential electrolytes while the greens are alkalising and rich in essential phytonutrients and minerals. Smoothies are also an easy way to sneak in some more superfoods too.  The addition of the cacao nibs is optional but does add a wonderful crunch and flavour to the smoothie.
